Hilary Duff Signs Pre-Nuptial Agreement

This week, it was revealed that actress Hilary Duff and her soon-to-be husband, Mike Comrie, signed a prenuptial agreement prior to their wedding.

The New York Post reported that the couple made sure to legally protect their property before they got married in Santa Barbara.

An unnamed source said, "It was a totally amicable agreement.  They love each other very much and knew this was just a technicality."

Hilary Duff has made her fortune starring in the Lizzie McGuire series for Disney and Comrie is the heir to a large estate in Canada and has wealth from his career as an ice hockey player.
