Jermaine Jackson Sought After for Child Support

TMZ reported this week that Michael Jackson's older brother, Jermaine, owes so many back child support payments that he lost his car to creditors. A survey of court papers related to the case revealed that Jackson, 55, owes $91,921.55 in support to ex-wife Alejandra Oaziaza for 10-year-old Jermajesty and 14-year-old Jaafar. The pair split in 2008 after 13 years of marriage when Jackson found out that his ex had never divorced her first husband.

However, he had been ordered to pay $3,000 per month when they first broke up; he now claims that he earns only $1,448 per month. No proof of his income has actually been given to the Los Angeles Child Support Services Department. In light of the large amount due, the department has also convinced a judge to suspect Jackson's license until pays back the whole amount.

At this time Jackson is not giving comments to the press.
