Page Kennedy Subjected to Restraining Order
A star of the hit series "Blue Mountain State" now has a restraining order against him after allegedly harassing a young woman via text message. Page Kennedy was supposedly disappointed when Tiffany Muller shot down his sexual advances; Muller claims that he "tried to touch me and take my pants off and I would push his hands away and tell him to stop." Only when he started to tire did the star leave Muller alone.
Muller did admit to the fact that Kennedy had been a possible romantic interest that didn't have any chemistry - at least on her end.
Included in her court filing are hundreds of messages via Twitter, iChat, Blackberry Messenger, and text message that were harassing in nature. Although Muller is satisfied with the TRO for now, she hopes to make the restraining order permanent during a court hearing that is scheduled in Los Angeles for December 29.
Kennedy's reps are not providing any comments from the star, however, no papers have been served at this time. They did add that "at no time did he present a credible threat of violence and his suitor actions were mispercieved as stalking."
