Music Star Dealing with Custody Battle

Last week authorities in Arkansas took her 5-year-old son away from her. According to a memo released by the one state's Department of Child Services, the boy's legal guardian is his maternal grandmother, an elderly woman who lives in Florida.

Authorities in Arkansas are working with those in Florida to return the young boy to his grandmother against the wishes of his mother. The young boy is reported to be in good health and suffered no harm.
