If you are living in SoHo or Tribeca you may wind up becoming Ryan Reynolds' neighbor. The actor, who is recently split from Scarlett Johansson after she filed for a divorce in December, is looking for a new place to call home.
The star of "Green Lantern" has looked in this area before, during the better times of his marriage, but is now serious about these neighborhoods. An insider has reported that Johansson is likely to get their marital home, worth $2.1 million, that is located at E. 53rd St. It is also likely that she will get their home in Lafayette, LA, worth $350,000. The actress might be keeping this home since her father has spent a significant amount of time there, even though he is a resident of New York State.
Although Johansson seems to be getting the better deal of this divorce, Reynolds is likely to take their home in Los Angeles, worth $2.9 million.
