Man Behind Bars Following Custody Dispute
A man attempting to interfere with child custody found himself behind bars in Salamanca last week. Mark D. Pierce, 31, was taken into custody on Thursday on charges of second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment.
Taken in by local city police, Pierce was arraigned shortly after and held in lieu of the $200 bail.
Another person was also arrested in conjunction to this child custody incident. Nadine E. Pierce, 26, is set to appear in court on Jan. 21 for her charge of trespass.
