Eva Mendes Plagued by Stalker

Another celebrity has filed for arestraining order, this time it is Eva Mendes against a purported "creepy" stalker.

According to court reports, John C. Luna has repeatedly sent Mendes cards, letters, and nine hours of 'bizarre' audio messages. When the man showed up at her home on May 31, the actress finally decided to get a restraining order. Her lawyers wrote that Luna, 39, is a "mentally unstable stalker, obsessed with Petitioner who delusional believes he has for four years had an online relationship with her," and even has plans to marry Mendes.

She has denied all contact with Luna, claiming to never have met with or spoken to him in the past. After hearing the case, a judge granted Mendes a temporary restraining order. Luna must now remain within 100 yards of Mendes at all times, and must stop all communication with her.
