Charlie Sheen Subjected to Restraining Order

On top of everything else going on in Charlie Sheen's life recently the actor now has a restraining order out against him. His wife, Brooke Mueller, have been enmeshed in a custody battle over their two sons, Max and Bob, over the past few weeks.

With the news of Sheen's wild antics hitting every news source Mueller wants to regain physical custody of her twin boys. Even though Sheen currently has full custody of their boys a judge granted Mueller a restraining order against him, preventing Sheen from coming within 100 yards of her or her boys.

Since it was a last-minute hearing Sheen's lawyers were not present or able to make a comment afterwards. When the officers arrived at Sheen's house to remove the boys the actor turned them over without a hassle. As part of her restraining order against Sheen, Mueller told the judge that he had made several deaths threats, such as wanting to cut her head off, as well as wanting extra cash to "knock off a few people because the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished."
