Model Wants to Modify Custody Arrangement

One couple has been fighting over the custody of their child for two years and the little girl is only three years old.

A former model and his actress ex-girlfriend have been in a heated argument for almost two years over their young daughter. While the fighting was supposed to have finished a few months ago, the two are back in court as he is now fighting one provision of their child custody agreement. As it stands now, a nanny must be with the little girl at all times, even when she is visiting her father.

Not happy with this agreement, the former model is trying to get this portion of the child custody agreement changed. He states that there is no need for the nanny to be present.  The nanny was added to the agreement after the actress voiced concerns about the little girl's safety while alone with her father.
