Young Actress Stops Stalking with Restraining Order

In Hollywood, some jokingly say that you are not truly a star until you have your very own stalker. However, this is no laughing matter for a young actress who recently has to file for a restraining order against an older man for harassment and stalking.

According to the court filing, the 46-year-old man has visited the 19-year-old star at her workplace at least three times and has threatened to kill her and her loved ones. He claims that God spoke to him and demanded that he kill the young girl, a threat which was brought before the judge earlier this month. Based on this evidence, a judge in Los Angeles, California granted a temporary restraining order.

The man has been ordered to stay away from not only the star, but her parents and assistant as well.  He allegedly has a mental illness and the police are carefully monitoring his actions from here on out.

Should you become a victim of stalking, you may wish to obtain a restraining order.  To expedite the process, you'll want to contact the Law Office of Michael Young and get help from a Riverside family lawyer as soon as possible.
