Man Faces 4 Years for Failure to Pay

While he has already been before a judge once, he is expected to appear again next month to answer for a single count of failure to pay child support. The state Attorney General's office had been trying to notify the man for six weeks about his missed payments to no avail. Finally, they were forced to file the lawsuit against him as well as the criminal negligence charges.
